This is NOT an official Stern topper (I do have one for sale on here as well, however).
It's small and Acrylic, and sits on top of the pin. You can use Velcro, but the Velcro on this is worn out. I will include it anyway, but would recommend buying a small square or 2 just in case you want it.
I took pics to give size comparison.
