Quoted from foxtj24:Does anyone have custom instruction cards yet?
I did yesterday and there is a thread for them.
Quoted from cpr9999:Everyone report here for them to change
Thx

Done
Quoted from twenty84:I hope Stern will give us the option to keep them someday, and also keep all the other settings I have to reset manually each time (set to Free play, Q24 to knocker, knocker volume off, do not start game with boom button, etc.)
How do we give this guy 10,000 up votes.
Could not agree more.

.....and this....
Screenshot_20190228-155127_Facebook (resized).jpgQuoted from Eskaybee:I wonder how this game would do/feel with lightning flippers to cut down ball times
Geeez....That would put my average ball time down to about 18 seconds. Long ball times??
Quoted from StoneyFL:So I reduced it to 6.9° and now it seems like I can't hit the left ramp shot ..... I feel like I'm playing worse since I adjusted to 6.9°.
So, I seem to have spent hours under, in and out , back under my DP. I started at steep 7.1 as everything I read said to do so. I got Katana ramp 2 times out of 10, the right orbit shots clunked against the side wall a lot as well.
After 26 back and forths , a pack and a half of Panadol (Tylenol ) for my aching back I finally settled at the exact opposite of most and landed at 6.2°. Now my Katana is 10 /10 on a clean shot , but no matter how good you get the game it's still a difficult ramp shot regardless.
That's my experience (Premium ) but I get the feeling this game differs for different folk.
Quoted from mbrave77:Intetesting. I never went below 6.5 and made it steeper as most recommended. At 7.0 now. I make the katana shot probably half the time.
I always end up opposite to the masses
I even loosened the plunger entry rail on my IMDN that all recommend to tighten and immediately got 100% auto plunge and manual plunge everytime.
I still.think I could play around with DP ° a little more to be honest.
I heard a Jackpot callout tonight sung opera style, was very funny.
Also, tell me they put Miss Piggy "hyyyyAaaa" in the Mystique mode.....surely that's the same sound
Quoted from gman88:I want to add art blades and have seen a few different styles out there. Any reco's or pics you can share would be great along with the best place to purchase (need to ship to Canada) Thanks!
From Tilt Graphics.
Top notch.
Love the bullet holes
Quoted from gman88:Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing. I was thinking about the side armour as well. Are they worth the money? With exchange its about $350.
They look good but are a bit of a rip off. The swords are printed cardboard which was a huge surprise.
The rails are of course steel as are the black diamonds, just a printout behind them.

Quoted from cpr9999:Go Deadpool, unless you are an Iron Maiden music fan. Music will get to you after awhile if you are not a fan of it.
I own both.
Maiden fan since 1979 until Blaze Ballsup came along.
IMDN....game is packed mostly with songs I love, but even I have the music way down on the game so that callouts are clearer ( I would do that with any music game but also I would never buy a music based pin on bands I dislke....ACDC and AS spring to mind).
Deadpool...I actually dislike the movies so thankfully this is based on comics. Bought game due to unique layout. An absolute bastard to get dialled in HOWEVER once sorted out.....the game is bloody amazing.
I play DP more MAINLY because I have a score that for the life of me I cant get past and its one of those love/ frustrate games.
Both excellent choices.
Quoted from Flipnaught:Any tips on dialing in Deadpool? Anything other than finding a playfield angle it likes?
Lots of angle changes to find a sweet spot. Was at 7.2 , thought that was the spot but then the right orbit lane clunked often. Back to 6.2....peeeeeerfect for ramps and orbits....but the slow spinning bounce off side drops saw a lot of STDM. Tried everything in between and have settled at 6.8 which sees decent orbits and Katana mostly sweet. I spent a month of nights on my knees and back....whoring myself to this game
I then bent ramp exit for Katana as others have and I keep game waxed and polished including the Katana entry, exit side rails.
Sling action was out of control WILD, so I adjusted switches to just slightly less sensitivity and adjusted power from 32 way way down to 14 and found that made the lower half of table and drop target rebounds more manageable.
I also tore down flipper mechs, cleaned piston, sleeve, coil stop and adjusted EOS switches and flipper cab switches so everything clean and strong.
Did I mention I keep game polished well
Quoted from Returner:Is this the way it suppose to be on the Pro? On screw on each side in the playfield at the edge of apron towards the outhole.[quoted image]
Same on a Premium....
Screenshot_20190419-192028_Gallery.jpgQuoted from HighProtein:Who else is thoroughly amused when they bonus score is 10!?
Lol I've been shamed with that a few times
I want the Mechsuit " jackpot" callout for my phone as a text message alert.
For the audio experts out there , how could this happen ??
Quoted from PinMonk:Pinball browser, export the audio from the Deadpool rom.
Would any of you wonderful, sharing and helpful Pinside pinball browser experts like to save me hours and hours of effort in trying to learn that and just rip that audio file and email it to me
Quoted from N8man:Can somebody give me the decal numbers off of the premium or limited side art blades. Can't find the numbers in the manual. Would like to try an order some for my pro. Not to found of the Stern red side blades. TIA
Try these - they are very good quality and look awesome.
Quoted from Lermods:Can’t be done.
Do they not retain scores now?
Didn't Stern add that recently?
Quoted from VirtualMayhem:LOL, I just went to my downloads folder it was for the PRO. I'm an idiot I assume installing the LE will be just fine?
Lol, that rush to grab code in a hurry gets us all sometimes .
Quoted from RDReynolds:Quick question...since the 1.01 update, I don't think I've gotten the SAY IT ANNOUNCER GUY one time. Before I thought it said it too much, but I didn't want it to vanish altogether...
Glad that's gone then.
Quoted from Who-Dey:What a great game Deadpool has turned out to be. I didnt like this game when it first came out but i got to get some good time in on it at a friends house and i have to say i was impressed. He has the premium model. If i liked the theme i would own one of these games 100%.
You add a DP ..... and I will add a MUN
Quoted from Flipnaught:Does adjusting a shit like this to be easier ruin the spirit ....
My friend, you can adjust your shit however you wish to
Quoted from ItsBwalt:I did it. Ordered a premium from my boy Zach at flipnout. First nib game ever.
F I'm excited lol.
Congrats - In the not too distant future your wife and family MAY recall what you once looked and sounded like ....
Quoted from StoneyFL:I installed the side armor today. To be honest I was expecting a bit more than a powder coated metal frame and a cardboard sword for $250. I'm not going to return them, but I probably won't be getting the topper based on this experience.
I still LOVE the game, I'm just disappointed with the quality of the side armor. If it I'd spent $80 or $100 I'd be happy, but this is not worth $250 IMO. [quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]Added 106 days ago: Edit: I'm not sure how I overlooked this, but the armor frame is plastic, not metal. So we have plastic frames with some cardboard. For $250. I don't feel this is worth anywhere even approaching $250.00.
Imagine my surprise after paying $380AUD for them
Put bluntly ....they look really good but they are a full on faaaaarkin dead set rip off.
THE reason I look everywhere except Stern for add ones, accessories, mods.
