Quoted from JonCBrand:Aside from the guide issue on mine, I aboslutely love my pro, I have not had a chance to play a premium.
If I had to sell all but 1 of my games I would keep my Deadpool.
Thx. How do you rank dp vs maiden? Just sold maiden prem we had
Quoted from JonCBrand:DP has made me better at IMDN. I love both but would place DP just above Maiden. The shots are more unique and callouts are great, also many different ways to attack DP with different strategies. IMDN to me feels like there is one path.
Hope that makes sense
Thx
Quoted from JonCBrand:Am I crazy or is something weird going on with the insert lights.
Top lane skill shots also doesn't always light until I hit flippers.
Disco ball mod unplugged
I'm picking up a Deadpool sat, pro, was wondering how you liked the disco ball. How close is it to the factory one? I've never seen in person so no idea. Thx
Quoted from Smack:Where is this plastic protector? Under the plastic at the elbow of the ramp? I have a Feb 2020 build but can't say I have noticed that, but I also might not have looked closely enough.
I am the second owner and just finally put some washers under the Katana guide yesterday. Pain in the butt but I have piece of mind to stop further damage. 100% recommend for any DP owner.
Just picked up a pro yesterday, can you take a pic of where the washers go? Thx
Quoted from Smack:This is a really good guide, and they got to it before any damage.

If you look through this thread you'll see photos of what damage does look like though. Mostly chipping under the front of the ball guide and wear under the middle portion of it as it rubs against the clear.
Thanks
Quoted from DaddyManD:Anyone having the playfield coating start coming up near the rollovers? See what I mean just above the word Deadpool in the pic. Any tips for how to fix? I think someone had mentioned mylar but have no idea how to do this or if its worth it. Its really not bad right now but thinking it will get worse over time. thanks all.

Curious of your production date. On back of head.
Quoted from JackOfPots:PinMonk colored brackets for playfield multiplier and modes installed (along with the quiet fan) After seeing these installed I'm probably going to get the BOOM inlane brackets now. I'm very happy with these look on the game.

Wow those look good!!!
5 vacuuming passes before I finally didn't see any slivers when I emptied on paper. It fell a total of 4 or 5 inches , but must of landed on edge.
Quoted from Soulstoner:That sucks!
That "Made in the USA" sticker is oddly fitting for the photo.
But notice that the proud "made in USA "is still intact !!
Quoted from Meegis:The sticker is made in the usa.
Ya, think the glass was imported from Canada
Quoted from zeldarioid:Nah, this wasn’t any of those guys. I actually had an issue recently which caused me to have to instead buy a machine from Tilt Amusements for the first time, and while I didn’t have an overly great experience in the buying process (which was surprising, as I was expecting great things due to the positive reviews I’ve read here on Pinside about them!), the machine had some big issues upon delivery that I wrote to Trent about, and he immediately replied and said he would get the defective items replaced. That was a couple of weeks ago, and I haven’t heard anything since, so that’s not great communication either, but have been giving the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays. I plan to reach out if I haven’t heard anything by the end of the week, but still, I was very happy that Trent replied initially and confirmed that he’d get replacements out to me.
This particular DP playfield warranty issue, though, is dealing with Classic Game Rooms. I want to reiterate that I have had good experiences with them otherwise, and have purchased three pins from them this year, though I have not attempted to take any warranty issues to them before this playfield chipping. I can’t speak to whether this is a norm for them, or if it’s an isolated incident to this exact situation of mine, or maybe just to playfield replacement issues, etc. I don’t want to throw them under the bus, and again, can’t say if this is how they handle any or all other warranty issues, but in the interest of full transparency, and so my fellow pinheads can make informed decisions, that is the experience I’ve had with this particular issue. As I said, he did tell me to contact Stern support and to CC him on the communication, so he may well plan to step in if necessary, but we’ll have to see how things go!
I'm in eastern wa, and use next level in hillsboro. Nothing but great experience there. Have bought 7 from him
I had a stern shaker in my dp pro, which I sold and now want back! I've always used sterns shakers with no issues
Quoted from dougPDX:Anyone upgrade to 5.25" speakers through Pinwoofer or DIY? I'm trying to decide if going from the 4" to 5.25" is worth it.
Yes do it. Pinwoofer makes any pin rock!!!
Quoted from dougPDX:Especially on LZ I bet!
Would be great on my, I mean your, deadpool premium!!!!!
Quoted from Happy81724:They make anti rattle tape. Don’t use electrical
https://www.pinballlife.com/anti-rattle-tape-12-x-25-ft.html
I put 2 layers on metallica, no more rattle!
