Just set it up can’t believe the right flipper gets stuck in the up position, spring is attached but not enough strength to bring the flipper down, seems to be some friction in the coil, anyone have any suggestions?

If so, next check the coil stop for that flipper. It would suck if yours was blown out from the factory, but Stern's coil stops REALLY suck now, so it's not impossible.
