I haven’t seen the DP laserific topper, but I’m just not a fan of their others. They look cheap. While overpriced, the sterns seem to look really well designed and built.

I agree the Stern looks good but overpriced. I would like it better for $200. I could probably sell it for $300 used so I guess it would not be a huge loss.

I think the Laseriffic looks good but not as good as the Stern. This is what it looks like....

Ignoring price without a doubt Sterns is the better topper. Factoring in price Sterns still probably takes it, what puts me off the laserriffic topper is it’s simply the games title Deadpool which is on the translite inches below it,

Toppers that are just the games name do nothing for me, I love the creative toppers that utilise the theme rather than just repeat the name.

I love the turning thumb. So stupid but fits perfectly with the don't give a shit attitude of the game and Deadpool as a character.

Sterns toppers are definitely overpriced but it hasn't stopped me from buying every one of them.

The games play entirely differently. I'm guessing my kids would enjoy the slower, easier Wonka gameplay more than they do my Deadpool...but they won't get a Wonka in my basement to compare

This, 100%. I'm a mostly an online hold 'em player, but I go to Vegas a few times per year specifically to play live cards. After a few hours of play the slots get tuned out, but they sure are annoying until then. When I saw/heard the Wonka footage I thought the same thing as you did. Took it right off my list for that reason alone.

This game is so much fun and adrenaline pumping just broke 600k and my hands where shaking tword the end haha. Previous high was 470k

FWIW; I haven’t noticed a difference with the Snikt shot, no matter what the pitch is, that shot is tough as nails.

Mine's at 6.8 and plays great. The Katana lock is fantastic. The Snikt shot is practically impossible, but I've hit it. Clever shot.

Yea, Snikt is wild. I can go multiple games without getting a single Snikt, then all of a sudden i’ll get on a roll and can hit it like clockwork. I got to 4x last night, ready to start a battle and light it up in multiball...but drained before I could it going!! doh! its a love/hate shot for sure lol.

The majority of the time I hit the snikt shot is due to roll back from katana ramp or bouncing from pops.

Game freezed on my pin in attract mode now 3 times and restarted in the last 4 Days.

Never had this before on the older Versions.

Anyone else noticed?

Might be a system-level bug. It's definitely been there since Iron Maiden. They kludged in an auto-reboot on Maiden once every 12 (24?) hours to prevent it. Very much like JJP WoZ until they got their act together and fixed the actual core problem 2 years later.

I was excited when I hit 2.7 billion (which is definitely not my typical score), but now feel totally deflated. At least on a positive note, the other day I finally made it to The Megakrakolodonus Rex, so that was exciting (although not my best overall scoring game and I didn't advance past that)

Played on location the other day and got 800,000. Just missed GC score and was feeling pretty good about myself. Now I just feel inadequate

I’m guessing 5x Snikt’s in Mech Suit, Sauron, clone sinister, megakrakalablabla and mr sinister?

Makes me wonder if they did anything to tweak their Snikt shot or not? I wonder what pitch they run it at? Has anyone done anything to make their Snikt shot more successful?

Theres room to angle it a bit more.

I did it and the ball definitely gets up a sknit more now, but purposely is another topic.

I'm pretty sure if I put an extra button on the lockdown bar and wired it directly to the snikt shot so that I could activate it at will, I'd still not come close to 10bil.

How did you do it? Did you just straight up bend it? or did you loosen it, and give a little tweak as you retightened?

Take out the top screw, loosen the bottom and rotate. Theres Just enough room for a new screw hole (giggity).

I didn’t make a pilot hole either and she screwed in just fine.

No issues with hitting the center shot either.

To maximise points you really need to get the play field multiplier active for as much of your game as possible.
This game I completed Mr Sinister (Part 3), but never got a snikt shot and only had 150ish weapons, so only got play field multiplier to 2x near the end of 2nd ball.

Remember...the longer you go, the more weapons you collect, every time you get 100 weapons, it PERMANENTLY raises the playfield multiplier for the remained of the game (not just that ball) - so basically it is an untimed Snikt.

Minor nit as I love the game and appreciate all the team has done, but it seems like for the 10 on the Match Wheel there is an extra space between the 1 and 0 so it looks like 1 0. Seems like that could be a easy fix/polish with any next update.

Hey guys, quick question I didn't want to make a thread for. Im super close to pulling the trigger on DP prem (maybe pro, but leaning prem). It's in a toss up with IMDN and BM66 for me. I havent got to play a Deadpool yet and I've watched a couple streams, is there any risk/reward factor to the code like there is in BM66 (continuing mode or cashing out with the villains)?? I really love that about BM66 and feel like the code is super deep for my one pin collection and it wouldn't get boring. But Deadpool then and art and layout looks a lot more appealing to me. Looks like maybe going for Snikts before starting modes is kinda risk/reward.

Noticed that too.

On another note, I had the 4x playfield multiplier active and hit a Colossal jackpot for 400 million! Really wish I had 5x going, lol. Wish I had a pic too.

There’s not really risk/reward except for the TRex Quest. The code for Deadpool is based on execution. The main goal is to line up multipliers with various modes and shots. It really is a heck of a game. I’ve been playing my Pro nonstop since I got it.

I would say the T-Rex quest is like that. Hit lit shots to build a timed jackpot at the Lil Deadpool shot. Megaladon somewhat too, you can restrict his movement to certain shots. Haven't paid enough attention to see if it builds value. I'm sure someone could speak up with some more.

I don't think you can go wrong with Deadpool. So many satisfying shots. Especially the snikt and katana ramp. Mechsuit multiball is super fun. Great animation and sound. The light show on disco multiball is great too. I enjoy the Lil Deadpool multiball mode. A lot to progress through and can be rewarding if you make it far enough but I don't get very far too often.

I played a ton of machines before settling on Deadpool as my first home pin. I've had it for almost two months and just passed 1500 games played. The majority by myself. I think I've only not played about 4 days since I purchased it. I never tire of it. Playing it now, probably until I got to bed.

I would almost put collecting your allies before starting a mode into the risk/reward category. They can be super helpful and lucrative to have with you, but when I make a conscious decision to go for them, I usually end up screwing up and not even getting to the battle. I usually have better luck just powering through the battles alone or with whoever I started incidentally.

The space following the numeral 1 shows up under several conditions.
