Who is buying what?

I’m not at the point to add anything at the moment but I’d probably lean towards Deadpool as I’m a comic book guy and it looks fantastic.

#2 5 years ago

I'm waiting to see what the Munsters turns out to be. It might be the NIB for me. I'm looking forward to playing Deadpool out on location.

Play them both. Get the one you like.

LTG : )

I like both but I am not buying anything NIB.

I’m not asking for advice, this is more to guage the interest of the community. Have we reached saturation yet?

Give me NEW pinball over RE-made* pinball all day every day!!!

*Unless of course you’re doing classic single-level SS gameplay like TNA with modern hardware, rules and lighting effects.

I agree.

Since nobody has played Deadpool, how is there going to be any legit votes here? Goofy stuff.

#10 5 years ago

I'm in this situation, waiting for more details on both.. too early to say right now.

So far, there isn’t a Deadpool Issues thread, so I vote Deadpool.

#12 5 years ago

I voted "neither"

What does playing the game have to do with ordering one?

I can tell just by looking at it, I don't want it.

Nothing anymore, I guess. I mean, based on all the games sold these days with under 100 plays, I don't know how much they get played after ordering either.

Sure,
You say that now...until I put in Rump Shaker for the Disco ball mode!

Then you’ll be like:
All Odin wanna do iza zoom zoom zoom...

In on MBr LE for sure, out on any Spike games.

#18 5 years ago

Dead Pool all day and every day. The art is so good I just know it's going to be the bestest game ever.

I promise I'll play yours at least once.

But this "I'm gonna buy it just because nimblepin has one", has got to stop.

#20 5 years ago

Neither. I've already had MB twice, one of which was NIB. Don't miss it at all. I'll play DP on location.

Waiting for Munsters and EHOH. I'm 80% in on Munsters. EHOH is a definite buy.

After recent talks I've learned games are apparently just to own so you can make mods for them.

Stern got me good this time........Hit’em with the Boom!

Right, no one ordered IMDN or Metallica LE before playing either

Interesting options so many new games to choose from. Although I'm maxed out I hope to check them out at the expo.

Neither, no confidence in CGC quality after four months of ownership of a MMR LE and not being able to fix my issue and taking a major loss on the purchase. Good tech support if it's a easy fix and pretty much no help if it's not. Not saying never but I am seriously gunshy about buying a game from this company.

Before you shit on me, when I contacted another tech recently he immediately asked me if my MM was blowing fuses before I even told him my problem. He has dealt with quite a few near me with similar issues that required many hours to troubleshoot.

Deadpool looks really good but reminds of a few Stern games I dislike. Waiting on Keith Elwin game #2 or possibly Brian Eddy.

CGC is a great company with impeccable customer service. Sorry you had issues with your MMR. Tech support usually does not let an issue go without having it rectified. Are they not responding to your calls. Please shed some more light on this topic. A game as good as MMR should never go left out of order.

Also what game does deadpool remind you of? I thought one of the many great things about that title is the unique layout.

I'm eagarly awaiting both titles from Keith Elwin game #2 and Brian Eddy.

According to starbase and several others, apparently not. Remember how they just blew off those with tomahawked slingshots and barely readable inserts?

#30 5 years ago

No one knows anything about eaither really..just wait few months then pick one.

#31 5 years ago

I am gonna have to play Deadpool before I can make a decision.

I'm your poster child sucker and I'm not getting either.

My saturation point has been hit pins gotta go to make room if anything else comes in.

We have definitely hit the LE lose $$$ on every after market sale guaranteed point. Premium too.

So when did Iceman develop this "willpower" thing?

#34 5 years ago

Just curious....is Deadpool gonna be abbreviated DP? Cause welllll uhhhhhhhhh

Lol Odiner, I've gotten tired of bending over and grabbing my ankles?

I'm sure I'll still do it in the future again but I feel I'm seeing more clearly now.

#36 5 years ago

I don’t know... my TNA is coming soon! If I sold it it would probably be for MB. Though I’m so impressed with DP!

Well what? not sure what you mean here sir. Oh wait Donald Pleasence, got it.

Deadpool looks pretty good, especially the pro cabinet! Stern is making some very nice pros lately. Remakes are great but it’s like old Movies being rereleased in IMAX twenty years later! Exciting but you how it plays

#39 5 years ago

Going Deadpool LE. Broke two of my rules on this one. Never do an LE again, and never buy a pin at launch, wait a few months. But I had some pin money from sale of a couple of machines, holes in my lineup for months and no interest in any other upcoming machine, so figured what the hell. Yolo and all that.

Will I regret it? Maybe. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from my Avengers LE and the bath I took on it when it sold. Gomez designed Marvel superhero property, what could go wrong??

#40 5 years ago

Deadpool looks great but I'd have to see how it plays and how the callouts/music turn out before Id decide anyways

George Gomez for the win

Jury is out until I see the Munsters game.

#45 5 years ago

I had a minty MB years ago. Kept it for about 8 months then moved it on. No burning desire to revisit it the way I did with AFMr. Deadpool LE on the other hand, I'm in already!

#46 5 years ago

Neither of these interest me, but I’m looking forward to seeing what good used games come on the market as people sell to raise $ or make room.

I love how you flat-out give solid reasoning why you should NOT buy an LE including a burned experience, but then you basically say "Can't help myself, oh well, whatcha gonna do?"

Stern LOVES customers like you : ). Hope you don't get burned twice....

#48 5 years ago

I’m not certain but this title (Deadpool) doesn’t seem to be sold out quick like Maiden or GB was. Perhaps it’ll be easier to find should it develop into a great game.

I was able to buy STLE 3-4 months after release.

I’m hopeful and confident the code will be good but was original owner of XMLE so I’d wonder how quick it’ll be well coded.

Check around my friend most of all Deadpool LE's are sold out and they have not even streamed the Pro yet. Stern is giving alot better value on their LE's since Iron Maiden and customers have been very receptive. It seems as if Stern has listened lately to the harsh but fair criticism.

Truly looking forward to playing an R rated version of this game. Hopefully they will do this game justice by not holding back on the foul language. Family mode is great for some locations but PLEASE give us the option to choose.

Buying both to put on location in the Boston area so you guys can play before you purchase if you want to.
