I like all three.

I'm far lower on Deadpool than most. It just doesn't do anything for me and I'd rank it last of the three. I don't hate it, I just don't like it.

TMNT is super smooth and there are several modes to play. When you dial in that side ramp it feels so good. It's brutal if you miss, which I like. Easier shooting games get boring over time. However the scoring on that game is just down right awful. I love everything about TMNT except the code. If that improves, this game would be pretty awesome. This is the only game of the three that I own.

JP is the best of the three, no doubt about it. Better shots, better code, better everything.

Quoted from nicoy3k:

Couldn’t disagree more especially when comparing to AIQ. I find turtles call outs campy and hilarious, they have tons of personality. The music is also great across the whole game and very varied. Now AIQ... talk about a game with no soul... probably the least inspired audio package in recent memory. At least turtles has animations lol. I’ve never had an issue with my turtle van... I’ve heard much worse things about the subway on AIQ

Apples and oranges, imo.

AIQ is focused heavily on gameplay/rules, and Turtles is focused on entertainment/fun. The casual player will like TMNT more than AIQ, and the series player AIQ over TMNT. We have both of these games at the co-op. The better players gravitate towards AIQ, while the joking/laughing/high-fiving players will gravitate towards TMNT. AIQ has a bunch of solo plays, TMNT is usually 2+ when played.

And I'm a little bit of both. If I just wanna flip the ball and mess around, TMNT is my go to. It's not as serious and it's fun to flip. It's also super fun as a 2-3-4 co-op. Everyone gets a different turtle and you can play together to defeat Shredder! If I want to try to achieve the best score and get as far in the game as possible, AIQ is my choice. It has more variety and strategy, and it's far deeper in code so there's more to do, which also makes it the better solo game.
