Ask around. The pics are out there. If it shoots as fun as it looks like it might, this could be a good one. Before you bombard me with PMs, I don't have the pics saved.
Dig harder and you can find the art for the next game too.

I personally was joking. No need to see more until the stream

#152 5 years ago

Anyone is free to PM me some pics.

If pinside ran Stern they’d be out of business in a week.

The should be quoted on the top of the Forums page permanently.

100%.
23 pinsiders would be out on the assembly floor thinking about rubbing one out.
17 pinsiders would be standing in the parts department, jaws open, just looking at the shelves, with another 37 in the parts dept. filling their pockets for their home projects.
In the development offices, 50 pinsiders arguing just over what color inserts should be used in the next game.
Outside, 20 pinsiders arguing over, how, and who will be mowing the yard. 35 pinsiders discussing the vehicles in the parking area, including their trailers.
Loading dock, would have 12 pinsiders discussing moving pins, and loading pins, and generally taking turns on the forklift.

No Ryan Reynolds, no buyer here. Thank Stern my money’s safe for a long while. They’ve taught me ‘pinball patience.’

Or single handedly killed my enthusiasm for new titles. Either way...meh.

Deadpool existed before handsome Ryan should be a great game

Yeah but,

As I've said, pretty certain RR call outs will be available at some point.

What if it's really fun to play? If it's still a pass, I bet you could at least find a Ryan Reynolds cardboard cutout for significantly cheaper.

This is kind of like saying “Spider-man pinball? Well, no Toby McGuire, no purchase.”

Oh Jar you tease

#162 5 years ago

So do you think "you know who's" thought that the teaser, including the bobble head is just a joke? Hard to believe since the leaked playfield images had a bobble head toy. If it is all a tease and there really is no bobble head and the playfield is not what was leaked...well, that would be pretty creative and well thought out. But, I'm not buying it (literally and figuratively).

Seems like a ultra long shot, but you know people will mod a movie sound version

That was what I was referring to. Pinheads will be modding him in.

Sooo...

How long to let that teaser stand alone?

Deadpool Trailer this week I assume!

Basically confirms the layout we saw was indeed Deadpool for sure

Snapshot for us facebook impaired types? No idea what you are referencing.

#170 5 years ago

Another new trailer is up with the layout of game and Deadpool’s voice

#171 5 years ago

Well, I look forward to seeing it one day, when it's not on facebook. lol.

Onward to the next game please anti superhero boring movies but I will enjoy playing the pin if fun like other superhero games, as long as it’s fun I enjoy but not a fan of the movies by Marvel or others. Michael Keaton is Real Batman.

It's really nothing special. I put a copy of the mp4 here if you want to right click and "save as" to your computer to check it out:

1.36mb. Tiny video with a deadpool voice clip at the end. Everything I've seen and heard tells me hard pass on this. This video did not change my mind.

Was that Nolan North’s voice I couldn’t tell?

Exactly.

I am ready to play Deadpool on location. Let's go Stern.

Quoted from Ericc123:

Yes sounds just like Nolan and he’s done a lot of DP voiceovers, so it would make sense it’s him.

Based on this brief and almost completely insubstantial pair of teaser trailers which reveal virtually nothing, I’m not only going hard pass on Deadpool, I’m giving up buying pinball machines altogether, and perhaps even implementing an indefinite embargo on ALL consumer goods for the foreseeable future.

Everything ive seen and heard just leads me to believe There will be too many disappointments if I continue to consider buying things

Maybe I’ll try religion or interpersonal relationships but I can’t imagine anything will be able to provide my life with the meaning it craves. Thanks a lot stern.

#184 5 years ago

will we get to view all three options ? pro , premium , le on launch or shall we wait in the dark like the last title ? is my question

#185 5 years ago

Stern has a good sense of humor poking at overly serious collectors and enthusiasts.

It's not just the video, though. Gomez's design track record has been one clunky mess after another for the last 15 years (Batman:TDK, Avengers, Transformers are on no one's "hot lists"). Lyman helped Batman '66 with some really great software, but it doesn't change the fact that the machine shoots clunky. So, leaked PF months ago, plus teaser+Gomez+(possibly Lonnie on software)=hard pass.

I know you had some major issues with BM66 Vire but honestly my BM66 shoots smooth. Yes there are a couple places that will result in a dead shot, clunky if you like.

Ramps are super smooth and fast, orbits especially the right rips around, turntable targets cause nice bounce back and richochet only really dead spots that cause a little clunk if you will is when I miss the turntable targets and that’s my fault for sucking!!

Left orbit is crap unless you move the bumper inside, which makes it marginally better. But even taking that off the table (which I believe was saved by software alone), that leaves you with three low-resale value clunkers he's designed in the last 15 years. The market has assigned a value to his work, and it's not high. People can TALK his work up all they want, but when it comes to laying down cash for it? No respect for most of Gomez's Stern design work. LotR is the only legitimate bright spot and that was about 15 years ago.

#191 5 years ago

I just dont want to make the assumption its bad, til i play it. Or see it for that matter.

#192 5 years ago

Is there a link to this second trailer?

Edit: nevermind, I see the MP4 posted above.

Why are you expending so much energy in these Deadpool threads telling us "Hard Pass", If you don't like, there is no future reason for you to post.

This is obviously a thread for people who care about the possibility of this pin.

Dude did you SEE those two teasers?!

Something as offensive as that to all of humanity - and personally insulting to all Pinball fans - NEEDS a Strong vireland response.

You don’t want stern to think we are a bunch of saps do you?

I used "hard pass" two times, one of which was a reply. It was QUOTED more than I used it. Hardly a large amount of energy expended by me. I wasn't aware this was a club thread. Thought it was a teaser/opinion thread.
