Has anyone installed a real knocker in their POTC? After Maffewl's airball protector and color DMD that's the third mod I'd like to have.

I'd love to see a video when it's finished! I'm about to buy one too and am still deciding between the LCD or LED version.

The LED looks fantastic! I like the bright colors over the somewhat flatter look of the LCD.
Guess I’ll need one for the Roadshow as well.

In absence of other answers I can say what my guess is. It seems that they blink to show what the recommended shots are.
Where they blink, something can be scored. Probably to make it easier for new players to know what to shoot for.

BUT, this is my guess and somebody may have a better answer.

I've had the machine for a while now but can't seem to figure out when I get Broadside (chance of sinking the ship with one shot). I know it starts when the ball rolls down the right most lane from the top but it doesn't always reward it. Anybody have a clue?
