Spinner should make a noise, i think... about deflector, i removed my large plastic shield on big plastic ramp, i never had any stuck ball on playfield with air deflector plastic.

I assume you are talking about tortuga. Depending on the date your machine was made this service bulletin may be applicable.

I had to add oil to mine. I've also used this stuff on these types of motors and helps with lots of noises.

Going through some switch tests.....
For some reason it's showing all coin switches out of service....but I'm not to concerned about that
What does interest me is its showing left bumper out of service.....shows right bumper in service......
I can't find a switch that activated either a left or right bumper.....what should I be looking for in regards to left and right bumper?

First guess would be slingshots, second guess pop bumpers.
Check in Switch Test.
