This topper is actually NOS, but has accumulated a lot of storage damage over the past 30 or so years since it came from the factory. Has a small crack at base as seen, minor scuffs/scratches around it. You’ll be very very hard pressed to get a tommy topper for around this price. The scuffs/scratch issues with the topper are all minor and I don’t think will be visible/too visible once installed. One on eBay just sold for around $260.
