I had posted this in the Tommy Forum, but feel it is better posted here.

Game was playing fine, turned it on and have lost all coils for pops, slings and flippers.

I initially just noticed the flippers. I went through the manual and the flow chart and determined that it was the SSFB. Replaced and still no coils. The LEDs on the SSFB are illuminating when the flipper buttons are pushed, I know there is signal and power.

When I noticed that I had lost the three main sets of coils, I checked every fuse, replacing most because, why not. All are fine. I am at a loss for where to begin the troubleshooting path on this. Any guidance is appreciated. I do have the manual and have checked CN3 Pin 6 for scorch or damage. Nothing.

That reads as the Williams rebuild kit. Is it the same or are there DE ones that I need to look for?

So I bought the rebuild kit to see if that might help. While I was attempting to desolder, I am finding it super difficult to melt the old solder. Also upon inspection of the backside, I saw this disaster of a repair that it looks like someone did. Thoughts on this?
