Some history on the game. It was a semi working project with acid
damage to the MPU. I replaced the MPU and the power supply boards with
brand new Rottendog replacements. Everything works now except the
display which is dead. I swapped in a working display from my R&B (the
whole assembly not just the display) and still nothing. The display
worked fine with the old boards but is dead with the new ones. All
fuses are new and test good. Where do I go from here?

Test voltages at the large Molex plug on the display. You must get 5V, 12V, 65V, -100, &-110 or the display won't work.

Also, be sure the ribbon cables are on pin 1 on both sides. On the DMD driver on DE games, that actually means that the two ribbon cable red stripes go opposite directions, not what you'd expect.

This might be a dumb question, but is the game ROM chip in the correct slot? I accidentally had put the game rom in the wrong slot the other day and had the same problem. Once I put it in the right slot everything worked as it should. Hopefully it is something this simple.
