Data East, 1991Have a machine I've bought as part working, sound board not working. Tested allvoltages including -5v and all there. Changed the 2 PAL chips U19 & U20 and didn't fix it. You can hear speakers are working as you can turn the volume knob and get noise in them
Any ideas as I'm stumped.
