The F3 fuse, (1/4 amp) on the power supply board blows immediately when I fire up the machine.

Any ideas?

1/4 amp fuse indicates it is probably used in the displays. Look for rectifier / zener diode / transistor short problem. Off hand the last DE game i fixed was a Tommy with a bad zener diode in the display power supply.

These DE pins are "new" to me. I'm used to working on Williams pins.

You're right...must have something to do with the displays....I have none.

It looks as though some caps leaked and did some damage to the power supply board. It looks like C7 did most of the leaking.

Yikes. Even high quality Japenese caps can leak. I would rebuild the entire section since caps puked on components. That stuff in caps is corrosive like batteries to some extent.

This is a common problem with these power supplies. There are new aftermarket power supply boards available if you want to go that route. Good luck!
