Project Simpsons

New Rotten Dog Power supply

Problem related to PPB board ?
IF j7 is plugged in I have No flippers

If I unplug it it has weak flippers

Fuses are new and good (tested )
Where do I go from here ?

There's no such thing as a PPP board. There are multiple j7's across different boards in data east. I suggest some pictures to clarify.

i think you want to be looking at the SS flipper PCB mounted in-side the cabinet on the left.

Data east games have the flipper board on the left front side of the cab as pinballdave said. Check the co sections and fuses there
