Check the adjustment of the plumb bob on the inside left of the lower cabinet, and the slam switch mounted on the backside of the door for proper clearance.
interesting.. I just bought this machine as well, and when I hit the right flipper button, it does the same thing; when I hit the left flipper button, it adds credits.. I replaced the numeric Power Supply, and perhaps I got some wires crossed???

Then that's not the same thing.
Sounds like you may have a switch matrix problem involving your EOS switches. Try going into switch tests with all balls out and see what it says as you hit each flipper.
