Reminds me of when my R&B went nuts like this, only it happened right after I had swapped in some LEDs. I eventually traced the problem to a single LED that was defective and was shorting itself. Caused the whole machine to go nuts.
Also to the OP, I heard those Rottendog boards suck and are to avoided. I went with an X-Pin board from K's Arcade and it has worked great. I also had to replace the SSFB, and again I avoided the Rottendog line after reading bad reviews of those. I had to order from PinLED in Germany for a new board there. Come to think of it, there's not many original boards left in my R&B with how many have failed during the past two years, but the sucker runs flawlessly now.
