DE MPU registers switches but won't fire coils

Trying to figure out where to look on the board for fixing this issue. For a data east simpsons.

Issue: pop bumpers, slingshots don't work.
Tests: I manually short the transistors the coil will fire.
I tested the switches and the MPU records the switch press.
The problem is the MPU won't trigger the coils.

Thoughts?

Solved. It was a bizarre situation where I grabbed a MPU out of poto and put it in simpsons. The board that came out of poto was marked version 3 but was actually a version 2 board. It wouldn't work with simpsons since it was missing the circuit to drive the special solenoids
