Balls were piling up at the Outhole. I replaced the solenoid and the switch with new ones from Marco, but no joy. Outhole solenoid fails diagnostic test, but not sure where to go from here. I'm new to all of this but not afraid to learn. Just need a few pointers of what I might try next. I have the manual with schematics, but the wires disappear into a wire loom and I get a little discouraged.
I'm currently fixing a Hook (gosh I hate D.E.), If the you go to switch test and the switch checks out, then you should look on the main board for the transistor for the outhole coil, I think it's Q46.....please make sure I'm right before any repairs.

I would first test for voltage at the coil (on both coil lugs).

You are correct for Q46.
Also check the Pirate Town flashers (and two insert flashers).
