My Robocop gets weak flippers now and again and all rebuilt, need to get new coils as wrong ones fitted. Think I will bite the bullet and get the new flipper board. Reflowed the usual suspects and no joy. No point in wasting time.

Quoted from cottonm4:Thank you. If you do this and it helps, it would be much appreciated if you came back with results.

Me too, out of ideas at the moment. Checked all fuse holders, connectors and reflowed most things. Seems too random to be power related for me.
Quoted from Inkochnito:Did you check the E.O.S. on each flipper?

No E.O.S. on these, well Robocop at least.
