Trouble sound issue on ST:TNG. It uses the DCS audio board.

I want to begin by swapping the audio board with the one from Who Dunnit, which also uses DCS, and wonder what roms on the audio board should be swapped to make the board from who dunnit work on ST:TNG?

U2 and U8 is my guess?
Whi dunnit has an empy U8, while it is not empty on ST:TNG.

What happens if I swap boards without swapping the roms, will I have sound but from the wrong game, or will I mess something up?

Just realised that maybe ALL sound roms (U2-U8) are game specific and should be swapped.
    Am I correct?

I really just want to rule out that the problem is within the sound board and not another place, hence why I want to swap the boards to begin with.

yes just change the roms over all of them.

    Quoted from Astill:

yes just change the roms over all of them.

    Thank you sire!
What would happen if I swapped board without changing the roms, could it cause any damage to something? Will it still play audio, but for the wrong title?
