Has anyone been able to update the sounds on LW3? If so I would be interested. I would love to get rid of the Data East generic background sound. Maybe with some music from the first 2 movies..

Quoted from Swainer80:I just took the plunge and ordered updated ROMS. Currently have 2.05 for Display and CPU. Anyone know the difference of the new one? Latest one is 2.08 cpu and 2.06 for display. Also considering the color dmd (LCD version) has anyone put one of these in a data east?
LED is the way to go with the display. I have both in my machines and led to me is the better choice for color and clarity.
Quoted from dannunz:Anyone do a pinsound mix for this game?
Mine can be found here:

I'm a big fan of the movies. So my sound code has sound bytes form the first three Lethal Weapon movies. The beginning music for Lethal Weapon 2. And the ending music from Lethal Weapon 2 with George Harrison. Plus good quality C&C music factory and ZZ Top.
I was happy the way it turned out. It was a big hit at the Allentown pinball show last year. I had it set up at the free play area near the Pin Sound demo pins to help out Nicholas.
