Just some additional notes... To make the Stern kicker fit, I ended up cutting a portion off of the mounting bracket for clearance. (see 1st and 2nd pic; bracket isn't in focus on 2nd pic but I think you can get the idea)
3rd pic shows the Data East kicker mounted and original position of solenoid. 4th pic shows the Stern kicker installed and the solenoid rotated and relocated to work with the new kicker.
5th pic shows some notching done to the shooter lane to allow for more displacement/throw of the kicker "fingers".
