Visual inspection for fuse integrity is unreliable. Test it with a multimeter or swap in a known good one to rule it out as the source of your issue.

Post a few well lit, focused photos of the boards inside the backbox. Maybe someone can spot something.

Especially the cables that may have been moved or bumper during this process.
