Quoted from Dkjimbo:

Anyone have a source for the yellow standard standup targets of the scoop cliffy? Marco is out of stock on both of those items and I can't seem to find any at any other vendor.
Thanks!

I have an extra 2 bank 500-5615-06 target. They are clear not yellow. I put it new yellow targets thinking they were bad but the pin just had loose wires in the back box. You can have them. PM me with your address.

NP. It takes a hard pull to get the strap on! My LAH is the same.

The black is awesome! So much better than the blue. Great look.

The stock setup uses the two rubbers. I only use the center rubber rings in my SW and LAH. It looks better. Not sure why the lower rubber was needed.

#2513 6 years ago

Vec-tor is correct. That post has no rubbers.

DE do sit higher than the Stern or Williams that I have. Back boxes are almost touching my ceiling.

Ok, anybody know where this plastic goes?[quoted image]

My SW does not have it.

Quoted from wolfemaaan:

So I finally got my legs back on my Star Wars, wow this Pin is tall AF! Does everybody’s measure 78” to the top of head? My KISS is only 71”. Seems almost too high but I have the stock/standard 28” legs on

Mine is 77.25". But I replaced the ugly rusted DE legs with Williams style legs. They are 28.5". I have the levelers out 1.75"s in the back to get the 77.25" height. Replaced the legs on LAH with the Williams also.

#2720 5 years ago

My playfield also has the plastic over R2D2 and the other spots. It is hard to see most of them.

#2737 5 years ago

Yes.

I used "chrome" paint on mine. I guess it is better than the black. I don't look at it that much.

Quoted from Pahuffman:

Wow I had no idea there was a little dome that covers the back of that assembly. Mine doesn't have one. I just used a flex bulb and pointed it directly into the insert to avoid light leaking. Does anybody have a spare dome?

That plastic cover is very flexible. The flex bulb is a good idea.

Quoted from Shenanigander:

I'm wondering the proper location for this clear plastic. The photo shows where it was located on mine originally but I don't feel that that is correct but I could be wrong.
[quoted image]

I think that is correct but it should be turned on an angle to go under the wire form. It is to prevent a ball trap. Mine is missing. I remember I did have a ball stuck there behind Jabba. Never knew about this plastic! There are 2 others on the other side of the playfield.

#2940 5 years ago

I am going to get out my plastic and make one using your picture for reference.

#2944 5 years ago

Nice work! Try a flex bulb to get the light in the insert.

#2945 5 years ago

I think the back piece you are missing is to stop the light from reflecting backwards. A flex bulb will probably stop that though.

Quoted from SLCpunk2113:

Hey everyone. I'm doing my best to bring a very heavily routed Star Wars back to life. I luckily found a place to buy a brand new plastic set (most of mine are completely trashed). I started replacing things today when I quickly realized that there are little metal brackets everywhere that I'm going to need to either replace or reuse. Best practices for the reuse idea? Best place to order for the replace plan? I am missing the bracket that holds up the clear plastic behind Jabba the Hutt so at the very least I will be replacing that one. Would someone do me a solid and take some pics of how that clear plastic behind Jabba mounts. Thanks!

Look at post 2943.

Is it normal for the ball launch button to have a slight delay before ejecting the ball after it is pushed?

Hi all
Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like behind the jabba’s Bounty plastic? Mine is missing a bracket of some kind I think

See post 2927.

That machine looks like its holding the ceiling up

Yes. It should be higher to get the right angle. I sold it on Sunday.
Replaced it with TSPP.
