I recently purchased this machine and a couple things that I have noticed is (1) when extra ball is lite and you shoot ball up ramp extra ball is not awarded and (2) when ball goes in the force chute and cantina is selected and the count down begins seconds will pass before ball ejects. I'm not that familiar with game rules so are these 2 things normal and I'm missing something here or do I need to fix something?

I have shoot the same lane mutiple times and it still doesn't award. I assume when it does award it makes a sound of some kind

Repair question...I have a couple pop bumpers that are not working correctly when the ball hits them nothing happens....any adjustments that can me made or do I need to rebuild them or just fix a couple parts? Also it seems the force chute doesn't eject the ball when it should in some cases, then the machine goes into ball find mode can any one tell me what needs to fix here?

The top half of the backbox lights don't come on at all? Where should I start to fix this problem?

What's average cost to fix and are these items available new?

I recently picked up the new update 1.05 for my machine, I installed it and 2 prongs overlap as you can see in pic, i assume this isn't right. Can someone please confirm this is the right spot on board for update and if not where should it go?
