My Data East Star Trek is blowing my f5 fuse . I have narrowed it down to vuk causing the issue. If I disconnect power to the vuk the fuse does not blow and everything else seems to work fine.I measured the voltage at the purple-yellow wire that powers the vuk I get 72 volts. All other coils seem to have a more normal voltage of 39.If I power up the game with the vuk coil connected it blows the fuse right away.

The coil moves freely I also replaced it with a known good coil. Probably shorted transistor I am getting 72 volts on the purple -yellow wire and it is not attached to the coil. Would the transistor be on the cpu board or the ppb board and how can I check it.

Purple -Yellow wire is to banded side of diode on coil. All three legs of Q3 on the ppb go direct to ground looks to be shorted to me.
