2 things to check-
1) Make sure all speakers are functioning, not uncommon to have bad connection at uppers and you are only hearing cabinet speaker.
2) Go into audits and adjustments and check the music volume there and adjust as needed.
You could have a bad volume control, they are typically dual units but I'd start with these simple items first.
