This one is for anyone else out there who has a Rocky & Bullwinkle.

On my original machine there was this white piece of plastic at the corner near the Boris Button (here seen affixed with 1 screw).

I'm just curious if this is factory original or something that someone has added later. The donor cab I got doesn't have screw holes to fit the part so it's set me wondering.

I may well leave it off mine then as well. I can't really see the need for it once the lockdown bar is back in place anyway.

Also, this part. Any idea if this is original or not?

It's a metal 'shim' which was originally fitted inside the boris button housing. I've got a new housing now and having tried to refit it last night I found that this shim is actually a few mm too narrow and when I tightened the bolts it was causing the plastic to bow inwards.

My gut instinct is that this is a hack that someone has made to reinforce the housing and as my machine will now be HUO it's probably a bit pointless.

But i'd love to hear if anyone else has this part.
