The resistor in the power box on my Turtles was blown. Not sure of the appropriate size and proper wiring. It was cut out before I had a chance to take notes.

It's just a standard 130V Varistor: http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/5017-09044-00

It's wired in parallel on the input of the line filter.
