What's the problem that you are having with the game?

Did you check the connections on the Cpu?Did you check the fuses?Problem could be on the power supply board.
Any signs of burnt connectors on the Power supply board?The issues with Data East majority of times is Fuse holders that fatigue and burnt connectors.Try reseating the large square connector on the power supply.Check the header pins for any signs of cold solder joints.Cap C2 (100mfd 25v) as this likes to fail too, and can shut down the game
