Have had a DE Star Wars for about 19 years. We have always enjoyed it. Just put in a new DMD and power board. About to bite the LED bullet soon. Any suggestions on what color theme to go with would be appreciated.

I've had a Rottendog in my DE SW for years without any issues.

Aflacjack have you tried the newr SW code in your machine? It is great. It makes the ramp shots less important, and adds the ball-save (pluse other stuff).

I added two spotlights to my DESW - on the top nut of each sling.

I posted this in the DE SW group, but am repeating here for possible additional input point of view.

On my DE Star Wars, just recently in attract mode, my machine will suddenly say “May the force be with you.” Sometimes it will repeat it immediately. I’ve owned this machine 20+ years and it has never done that before. Played a game recently and during the game got a random”May the force be with you,” and all of the game music sounds stopped (other game sounds still played). After the ball drains, the music comes on again. Any ideas what might be going on?

Caps on the sound board or power board?

I've not had an issue with my DE SW, but when my jukebox volume potentiometers get cranky, I shoot it with a squirt of DeOxit. Clears up the issue like a charm.
