Mayfair does have them, I just got mine in the mail for my royal rumble.

I had the same issue , minimum order was $50 to ship to Canada which was fine because I needed a few other items for my RR so I ordered those items also.

I made my own brackets last night. I went to the local hardware store and bought some metal 3/4inch wide brackets and had to modify them a bit, took about 45 minutes but they work perfectly. Had to trim a bit off with the hacksaw, used the grinder to round the ends and drilled some new holes.

Here are some pics. The total cost for the brackets were $4, and the one was already bent at 90 degrees. Not as clean looking as the originals but my RR was missing the complete housing.

I just bought some stainless steel ones. I installed the housing today here is how it looks.
