Dear fellow pinballees,
I never had any trouble to repair stuff on my Jurassic Park Pinball. However, the latest problem has left me clueless.
-> The autolaunch coil is stuck on
-> I replaced the coil's diode as well as transistor Q5 (TIP 36C) as transistor Q44 (TIP 122)
-> I even replaced the small transistor (2N4401) that is placed right in front of the Q44 transistor
However, still nothing works as supposed. The coil remains stuck on.
When I started repairs I also switched out all the flashers below the playfield. As far as I know the Orbit Shot flashers are also on the same two transistors. Could the new flashers be causing the trouble by shorting the circuit? Installing them was extremely tedious, that's why I only wanted to take them back out as a last resort.
Thanks for your help in advance and best regards!
