Hello, I am new to the pin owner lifestyle. Any suggestions on what cleaner to use? Am I supposed to wax?

in general i keep simple green, novus 2, naptha, and a good car wax on hand. all except the novus 2 can be gotten locally no matter where you live at any big box home repair store and a trip to the auto store.
