I'm pretty sure that LW3 has a volume pot on the right side, inside the coin door. I'm not at the same location as my machine right now but I think your service switches are correct with only two as well. Check to the right of the coin box, there should be a metal box on the floor of the machine with a tall potentiometer shaft that you turn to adjust the volume.
