This is what a R&B cabinet looks like for reference.

I ended up making a new one since I couldn't find a cabinet. Since I was making it new anyway I decided to make it a woodrail cabinet from 1959, the year R&B cartoons were introduced.

Here is a photo of the finished cabinet. It is next to a 1959 Gottlieb.
