I have been fighting an issue with my LW3 for a while, but I believe I have narrowed down the issue to the 6821 PIA right below the game roms. Well, I'm an idiot, and installed it backwards. One flasher and one coil locked on, but the game booted. I instantly shut it off (less than 3 seconds )

Now, with known working roms, a new 6802 and a new 6821 it won't boot. Where do I start chasing this? Time for a logic probe?
