So I picked up a DE Batman in super nice shape (nicest I've seen). However it has issues. In attract mode you get the extra ball animation, when playing a game, the extra ball light is always on & doesn't register. When the game ends, you get another wrong animation instead of the game over sequence and the flippers will flip for a short time.
The game is running version 1.02 and 1.01 showing at startup. It looks like an early version, but could this be my problem? the board looks clean & my buddy went over it, but the couple of minor things he fixed didn't change any of the issues.

I ordered a new set of roms. Going to start there but if anyone has any other suggestions I would appreciate it

I ended up sending out the board to Chris Hibler who tracked the problem down quickly as always. I believe (my memory is shot) that someone had put a board in it from a 2 ROM game and Batman is 1 ROM (or the other way around). I forget, but he may chime in here.
