Hi! I know this is an old thread, but this might be helpful. I struggled mightily with switch #7, and I found the replacements for the original large microswitch did not work well. As noted above and elsewhere, the action is too stiff, and in most cases the actuator is not exactly the right shape. I finally found the solution, and it works flawlessly, even in six-ball multi-ball scenarios. The Gottlieb switch with a straight actuator sold by Marco Pinball is an actual Cherry switch, with good action and very little side to side play. It can be easily bent to the right shape. I have gone a few weeks without an issue. Here is a link to the part: https://www.marcospecialties.com/control/keywordsearch?SEARCH_STRING=28078 (part #28978). All the best!
