I love the look of the G3 fire but I called the manufacturer and they said they do not sell the units to individuals. Look for any info? Can you set it for free play if I can find one? Any info would be appreciated.

Decided to keep the fire but a couple questions. I am looking for best 18 gram darts for the board. I was using 20 gram but they seem to be hurting the board and tips getting stuck.
On the same note where is the best place to get replacement plastics? Dart got stuck in the board and is ruining the target segment. Need to replace it.
Lastly best tips recommended?
