Pushing this back to the top.

Last week I gave you all no notice. This time you get 48 hours.

Big Surprise here is that Star Trek Pro will be in the house! Make sure you make plans to come by and play it.

    #3 10 years ago

Wish i could go. Really had a great time with the Dallas gang last weekend. Ah well, the limo tour will be here soon enough!

The original four player version? What an awesome game, hard to say whether that game, Double Dragon, or X-Men ate more of my quarters. The arcade co-ops were the best.

    #5 10 years ago

That is straight up arcade porn and is certainly the nicest one I have ever seen. Wow! Did you do the work on that yourself?

Looks like ya'll had fun. Nice Flight 2000, I got to put some games on one last week myself and thought it was a cool game with a great rule set. Hope I can catch one of these events sometime. Congrats on the Star Trek.

Flight 2000 is great. I think I am going to go all in on it with a CPR Playfield, plastics and new cab stencils. Really do it up nice. I love the game.

Star Trek does not belong to me. I borrowed it out for the evening.

    Here are some more pics.

Just looks like a really nice event you hosted. You Dallas guys certainly do pinball right!

Changing topics, any chance of you bringing that TMNT arcade to the TPF? I have not played that game in fifteen years, or more, and it rocks.

I will bring every game I own to TPF. Every single one of them.

My goal is for TPF to reach 500 machines.... and become the undisputed worlds largest pinball event. If I can bring more to help them get closer, I am going to do it. Im all in.

    #28 10 years ago

Thanks again for hosting. Good to finally meet some locals! Got to play several pins I'd never played before - LAH, TMNT, the EM I forget the name and of course Star Trek. - Barry

The EM's never get the love. Was it "side kick", no it was "two balls", nope maybe "i scored"...Ah I remember Team One.

    #30 10 years ago

    LOL...

    Thanks for coming Barry!!

I do enjoy the EMs I had a couple and would like to have another. I played it a few times last night I just couldn't remember the name...... Barry

Bringing that four player sweet arcade will certainly help the show. To my recollection there were none of the team side scrolling beat them up games (that were so massively popular in the late 80's and early 90's) at the TPF this year. Would be great to have one there next year for the kids that go with their parents and want something other than pinball for a bit.

    #33 10 years ago

There was a xmen and a battletoads at the 2013 show.

    #34 10 years ago

You'll make my sons' day -- well, weekend -- if you bring the 4player TMNT. Awesome!

I must not have seen the XMen . . . I would have been on that sucker for sure. I didn't realize battletoads ever was an arcade game; all I remember was the NES version. Ever seen this video about NES battletoads . . . I love AVGN.

    #36 10 years ago

My older son spent HOURS playing Battletoads with any kid that would walk up beside him and push the start button the year before last. It was great to watch.

We he cooperate with them or try and vanquish them?

    #38 10 years ago

He was six at the time. He cooperated - and to be honest I think he was surprised that so many people were playing with him. It was fun to watch the rotating selection of kids that showed up and played for a while and then moved on.

Slow down there bakushan. Remember to budget for food. Can't play pinball on an empty stomach.
