I just noticed this on Facebook. Apparently he passed away yesterday. He did a lot in the pinball community and will be missed.

Terribly saddened to hear this. Steve called to tell me and I was in disbelief. I enjoyed many an email conversation over the years and he was always so humble and intelligent. A great loss indeed. RIP, Dallas, and God bless your loved ones as they grieve.
Very sad news. I only chatted with him via email a couple times many many years ago, but he was very helpful and nice. RIP, Dallas.
Dallas was one of the guys that was around a lot when I first got into RGP. His posts were very helpful. Sorry to hear of his passing.

Hey guys, just wanted to share an article that was in our paper today about Dallas. A million of the kindest words strung together would not be enough to describe him. I was lucky to have known him. The knowlege he spread is incredible. http://ashland.wickedlocal.com/article/20150605/NEWS/150607208
