Williams, 1968I've looked in the usual places (like Inkochnito) and couldn't find the apron cards. The photos on IPDB are just enough out of focus that I can't make out a few lines.
Would an owner please take a photo of the SCORING and INSTRUCTION cards and post them here? I can make them up and print from that.

Can you make this instruction card out from the old Pinrescue site? Along with the score card picture on Pinside that might do it.
It looks like the last few numbers/words are not included in the picture but maybe you could figure out what they are.
