Hello All,
This is my first pin and my first post. I am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot a few problems I am having. I have a Cyclone that is missing some of the voices/audio in the game. It has new Rottendog MPU and power supply board, the rest of the boards are originals. I reached out to Rottendog and they sent me a "suitcase jumper" that is supposed to go in W8 or W9 that may correct my problem, and suggested I switch the 6802 chip. My other major concern is when the ball is in not in play and sitting on the rest switch and both flipper switches are pressed the game acts as though it has slam titled and game ends. Does anyone have the same experience with the tilt? Has anyone installed this jumper? I can't find where it belongs, it seems like maybe on the sound board, but my original board doesn't have that spot. Can anyone share with me where I am supposed to put this jumper? I want to try that before I change the 6802 chip I do have a new one on standby.
Things I have checked.
-Missing sounds in the setting, they are not there.
-Make sure the wiring is correct on the flippers, and lane changes, good.
-Checked all tilt switches,good
