Ok so my friend called me and said the switch on his cyclone just broke. So doing the research for him and looking. It appears that the switch is No Longer Made and out of stock everywhere. I even found one on ebay for crazy $ and ordered it to have them cancel my order that they didn't have it. So wondering what others would use as a alternative to this switch at the 10K skill shot area. It has a really long wire that stuck up.
Thanks

The switch is originally a 5647-12133-01

Have you considered buying a similar micro switch from Mouser, Newark, or a local supplier and adding the wireform to the switch?

If you can find something like this with the same switch body, you could probably bend the wire to the correct shape on your own:

I think I just bought one of those switches from Marco a few months ago. Wonder if I got the last one. Maybe more will be made?

Marco is showing this switch in stock, I wonder if you could rebend the wire to work for the skill shot?

Unbending a bend in that wire usually doesn't go very well. It's likely to snap while unbending it, or more likely to snap later while in-game.

Ok so any other ideas?

Of all the microswitches PBresource shows on their website including most of the common ones in the 5647-12133 line, they don't show this one. I would call Marco or PBresource and ask if this switch will be once again available any time soon or if not what would be the best alternative.

Seems this is a common issue . My switch fine electrically . The wireform broke at tip of bend . When this occurs it leaves an obstruction blocking the ball launch . Would like to chime in with a suggestion . Remove the switch from the playfield . At least becomes playable . Maybe someone with a good switch can provide " template " measurement from a good switch . Thanks Shane

Email exchange with Marco in Mid March 2018:

--------------------
Switch 5647-12133-01. You show this item as out of production. Alternate options?
--------------------
We don't have any good subs for that switch currently.
--------------------
Is there one with the same switch, but with a straight wire that we can form?
--------------------
The blade on the switch has a hole in it for the spinner wire. We don't currently have any mini switches with a flate blade long enough, even if you drilled the hole in the actuator.
--------------------
If we ordered like 200 of them, would that help get them back into production faster?
--------------------
Doesn't look like we'll be able to get them no matter how many we order. They're just not being manufactured. Sorry I couldn't be more help on this one.

*** So still no options on this one? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Same boat for the past year as well. Wire snapped but no parts being made. Any updates on this?
