Hi folks,
I just purchased a NOS Cyclone Backglass.
The front is absolutely gorgeous .
The opaque grey paint layer is flaking exactly like in the post by @megaghost a year ago. @fordtudoor ; seemed to have some good input. I wasn’t able to find much more. From what I’ve read, almost all of the glass printed backglass have the same problem .
Do I send it back?
I don’t think there’s one out there that didn’t have this issue.
I’ll post some pics soon but the flaking looks much like the current picture.
Sounds like TT is the way to go first to stabilize what’s there. I’m NOT too keen on the Saran wrap Because of the texture it leaves on the finish.

Should I first gently pull off the peeling parts then hit it with TT and them paint in the opaque areas?
Hit it with TT first then pull off the loose?
Try to stick back the flaked pieces?
I am afraid of wrecking it . It really is gorgeous . I just need help as to where to start.
Any advice is MUCH appreciated.
