GI: there's a connector in the cabinet with four yellow wires - check it to make sure it's ok and not burnt. Reseat it and see what happens.

Mystery wheel: run the mystery wheel test and see if it is registering correctly. If it is, that's all you need to worry about. If the mystery wheel is showing up in switch test it's likely the wheel is positioned where the opto is being tripped - not a problem.

Is this the relay closest to the rear of the playfield? If so this is the GI relay. You'll need to repin that connector. You can swap it with the other one under the playfield (after changing those pins of course) to check and see if it works. The other one is for the Mystery Wheel.

The parts to repair are easy to come by and from the looks of it that board is repairable. If for some reason it isn't the direct replacement is available from GLM for $25:

I would not go with another IDC connector. Get the Molex trifurcons, crimp and put in a new housing. Get them from Ed @ GPE:
