Nice. Good time to restore this PIN, just about everything is now available. I did full swap/restore a litte over a year ago. Still need to replace my ramps, but the rest is "cherry".

I posted a few of my updates here:

If i can help in anyway, let me know. Really enjoyed working on my Cyclone....

Quoted from theseadoomaster:

Yeah it is getting pricey though to get it as nice as i am hoping to get it to.

That is a problem with Cyclone....You can easily put more $$$ into it then its worth on the market. I'm probably at that $$$ amount now.

Yeah..Watch the $$$. I had an offer recently for $2500. At that $ point, I recover my investment $'s (plus bank maybe $200), but dont get anything for my time. I don't really see the market bearing more than that (there always somebody, but how long). Mine was a labor of love, so not really worried about flipping it or making money.

At this point, i think i have more new than old in my machine. It was nuts, everytime i dug into it i found something else (or it would run for a few months, and something else would give out).

Once you get done, you might want to keep it. With the new CPR clearcoated playfield, the game really speeds up..

Quoted from ngoett:

Prepare to replace balls every month... by painting the bottom of the cabinet it does not allow the wood to "breathe" causing your balls to rust out at least once a month. Just a heads up.

Why would that be? I get it to some point, but theres other holes to allow air to move. Plus in a climate controlled area (aka..house), i don't see it.

Mod..Nice Job on your restore.

First time hearing this..It really dosen't make sense to me.

Looking good. I wish my ramps were in that condition.
